Arteta’s Bukayo Saka Update
Bukayo Saka was absent from Arsenal’s squad for their final match against Everton. However, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta assured that the influential winger would be ready for England’s EURO 2024 squad next month.
When asked if the 22-year-old would be fit for the tournament in Germany, Arteta confidently responded with a simple “yeah.” He explained that Saka had sustained the injury during training prior to the game.
“Unfortunately he picked up a small muscle injury in training and he wasn’t available to play,” he told TNT Sports.
